Glucose syrup, also known as high fructose syrup or heterogeneous syrup, is a kind of mixed syrup composed of fine corn starch as raw material and saccharified liquid obtained by enzymatic saccharification of starch by glucose isomerase, which forms fructose from part of glucose, grape and fructose. Grape pulp is a kind of starch sugar with high sweetness. It is colorless, odorless, sweet and pure, and has good fluidity at normal temperature. It is a new sugar source instead of sucrose.
Because the sweetness of grape syrup is equivalent to that of sucrose and has its characteristics, its application field is wider than that of sucrose; it is not only widely used in food, dairy products, beverages and alcohol, but also in medicine, health food, family condiments, daily chemical industry, etc.
